Foundation

Leadership drives performance. Leadership is a system that determines how strategy turns into results and reality. We make leadership work.


Management is given to you, but Leadership is earned. Research from Hay Group shows that leadership behaviour drives 60 to 70 percent of how people experience their work. The technical part of leadership, what to do, is a baseline requirement. The behavioural part, how to lead, separates the companies that deliver from the ones that drift.

Two frameworks describe that system. LEAD names the behaviours that effective leaders practice. SHIP names the conditions a healthy organisation needs to perform.
