Over 30 years of leadership experience from SME to multinational organisations, 20 of them on Leadership Teams. Proven track record across business, management consulting and executive search in national, international and multicultural environments. Has delivered numerous global leadership programmes, culture change programmes and Leadership Reviews across EMEA, and spent two years as visiting faculty teaching leadership at HKUST (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology).

Yrsa has a portfolio career within product manufacturing, with her latest in-house role as Chief Business Officer in a leadership team, responsible for international B2B and B2C sales, category management, branding, marketing and customer service. For the last four years she has worked as a leadership consultant, facilitator and coach, supporting organisations, teams and individuals in transformation to find clarity and structure. Her passion lies in supporting multinational teams from different cultural backgrounds; she has worked with over 50 organisations across small and listed companies, and people from all continents and 45+ countries.

Jaakko has over 25 years of leadership experience from SME to multinational organisations, with 20 years on Leadership Teams. He has held several top management positions as Managing Director and Commercial Director across media, healthcare and business services. During his consulting career he has delivered numerous leadership programmes, sales trainings and strategy projects, and coached dozens of leaders. Two coaching certifications combine with his experience as a business leader to benefit Equita LEAD clients.

Tiina is an experienced HR executive, leadership development professional and trusted advisor with more than 25 years across international business environments, global organisations and demanding transformation situations. Her background spans senior HR leadership roles in multinational companies and consulting assignments focused on organisation development, leadership capability building, change management and leadership team effectiveness. As a trainer and facilitator, she combines strategic insight with practical relevance, creating a constructive environment where participants reflect, engage in dialogue and turn ideas into action.
